Terms and Conditions for PHP ECU SW API Access
- Scope of Service:
This product provides API access for parsing ECU binary files to retrieve SW and SW Upgrade numbers. The API includes initial setup, usage instructions, and one year of updates for bug fixes and compatibility adjustments. - Payment Terms:
A deposit is required to begin setup, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Payment methods accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Revolut, and Stripe. - Delivery Timeline:
The API will be delivered within 3–4 business days after receiving the deposit and necessary information. - Support and Updates:
Free updates are included for one year to address bugs or ECU-specific compatibility issues. Additional feature requests or significant changes may incur extra costs. - Usage Limitations:
The API is provided for individual or business use. Redistribution or resale without prior authorization is prohibited. - Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available after delivery. In case of non-functionality, we will provide fixes as outlined in the support clause. - Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding the product or services must be communicated promptly for resolution.
